RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

At DOM LA STYLE, we want you to love everything you order. But sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s totally okay!

We’ve made our return and exchange process as simple and stress-free as possible.

1. RETURNS — 20 DAYS TO DECIDE

Not quite the perfect fit? No worries! You have 20 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused (trying them on is absolutely fine!)
  • In their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, self-tanner, or other marks
  • Free from damage or signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, please try on all bottoms and bodysuits over underwear.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet these conditions.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

It’s easy!

Simply email us at domlastyleteam@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • Whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange
  • For exchanges let us know which items you would like to receive instead, including your preferred size and color.

Our team will get back to you with the next steps and return shipping instructions.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

For eligible U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return items remain your responsibility until they are received and confirmed by DOM LA STYLE. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.

5. INSPECTION & REFUNDS

Once your return arrives, our team will carefully inspect the items to make sure they meet our return conditions.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the inspection and processing of your return.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
